Is it appropriate to send a Mass card a year after someone dies? - 1st death anniversary cards
A family in our community who lost their 16-year-old son a year ago. I went to his funeral and sent a mass card at the time. Now is the 1-anniversary of his death, which I know can be a very difficult time for the family. I want one more card to send the masses - is appropriate?

It is always advisable to send a message. As someone who has lost a child, I can assure you that we will never forget the loss of a child, and it's always nice to know that someone our son and our loss, recalls the thoughts and prayers.
