If the baby in a stroller or running and not on the floor, does not really count.
I personally do not think people can see and I think children are trivial because they have something on their feet, but wonder ... Always something in my 10 months old feet. I am afraid people will think they are trash!
I do not think its bad quality at all. While the baby is not old enough to walk the fine.
